INTERACTIONS HR Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce that our Organizational Enhancement Toolkit™ – Seniors’ Housing Edition will form the curriculum for two modules within the Site Manager Certificate Program offered by Red Deer College (RDC) and the Alberta Senior Citizens’ Housing Association (ASCHA).
Red Deer College and ASCHA’s Site Manager Certificate Program is now delivered online using RDC’s Blackboard Technology. Curriculum is delivered in an independent study format along with scheduled on-line classroom sessions and ongoing student forums. INTERACTIONS industry-specific Toolkit content forms the basis of the Site Operations and the Site Governance and Management modules. This program is available to students who are presently in the role of Site Manager or those who aspire to hold this position.
